  • Construct parking lots, sidewalks, and other site infrastructure as needed.
  • Install MEP systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and fire protection.
  • Connect the building to municipal utilities such as water supply, sewerage, and drainage networks.
  • Test and commission utility systems to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of all building systems and components.
  • Address any deficiencies or issues identified during commissioning.
  • Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and warranty documentation.
